The original foam ear cushion is removed and the circumnaural ear cushion snaps onto the speaker of the SupraPlus. The leather cushion goes around your ear sealing off background noise and making it easier for the user to hear. Suitable for use with hearing aids to help with users comfort and improve audio delivery. Pack of 2.
